ACMD Challenge Workshop - Delirium
Expression of Interest to participate in a workshop
About this Event

This ACMD Challenge Workshop is focusing on delirium

ACMD-Challenge Program identifies projects addressing a clinical problem where medical technologies might provide a solution. Each project will have a clear community or commercial translation pathway that can be enhanced through medical technology.

ACMD Challenge is early stage and blue sky thinking. It is about setting up project teams from the ideas.

It starts with an online seminar (Tuesday, 18 June 2024, open to all), followed by an invitation-only to the in-person workshop (Tuesday, 2 July 2024).

The aim of the seminar is to set the scene for the workshops. The aim of the workshop is to bring together key people from multiple disciplines to collate and brainstorm ideas to solve the clinical problem with fresh perspectives.

Shortly after the workshop, the most promising projects are discussed. This is a follow-up session, which will held with participants who have indicated an interest in developing a project/idea/action.

The focus of this ACMD workshop will be to identify pathways for medtech solutions that could be used to support the prevention, early detection and management of delirium.
