Clinicians and healthcare professionals are invited to an exclusive showcase featuring pioneering Japanese innovators visiting Melbourne as part of the Global Navigator Japan–Melbourne 2026 program, delivered by MedTech Actuator. This session highlights cutting-edge technologies seeking clinical input and collaboration opportunities across hospitals and research institutions.

Meet innovators such as Glaucoma Surgical Implant (Yuta Doi, Kyoto University), developers of Next-generation, laser-adjustable surgical implant for glaucoma; Deep View Laparoscopic System (Toshihiro Takamatsu, AIST), Near Infrared (NIR) spectral imaging laparoscope for deep arteryvisualization, reducing surgical complications; Arktus Therapeutics, Articular regeneration using iPSC technology and Bio-3D printing to treat severe knee osteoarthritis; and Advanced Neuro Thermal 5S (ANT5) (Michiyasu Suzuki), creators of Multimodal, invasive “Watchdog Sensor” and AI diagnosis (SaMD) for secondary injury prevention in severe brain injury (Stroke, TBI, OHCA).
